The crowning glory of the Court, from where they run all operations. The dark castle looms over Tokyo, the clearest sign of their occupation.

Part of Sector 1. Once a bustling place of business, now populated by Pawns, collaborators, and citizens from Ulcisor pulled to occupy high positions. The streets are dark and Court Pieces are often seen here. Heart of the Court.

Rumored to have been a meeting place of the Senshi the Court has SHUT DOWN Crown making visiting it a punishable offense. Secretly contains the Senshi Control Room and a passage Underground that was sealed off shortly after escape.

Home to the Court's gruesome entertainments. Captured Heroes or those who have c omitted crimes against the Court are pitted against fierce animals or each other. Sector 2.

One of the more popular shrines in Tokyo. Girls visit to buy charms and the Sailor Senshi often use it as a meeting place.

Home to the prisoners. They are housed in two buildings, males in one, females in another. They share one large room with bunk beds and a few tables.

A large fortified house where the Court overlooks the camp.

A bare field in the center of the camp where prisoners can exercise... and meet to plot.

For the extra naughty people, a special jail inside the house.

Surprisingly, there already exists a base. Old and falling apart, it has been renovated just enough for the rebels to use as a safe place to plan and live.
